Francklin brings more than two decades of professional experience and continuous learning in social communication, with a background covering journalism, audiovisual presentation, French expression, public relations, and writing techniques. His path has taken him through aviation and travel operations, radio presentation, crisis communication, customer experience, and digital technology, across multiple countries and cultures.
Communication Background
Francklin’s foundation is in social communication, built through formal study and years of practical experience in journalism, public relations, and writing. From 2012 to 2020, he brought that foundation to radio presentation, developing a direct, audience-focused communication style. Alongside broadcast work, he built experience as a freelance writer and blogger, and in communication and branding for cultural activities and cross-cultural exchange.
Professional Experience
Starting in 2001, Francklin’s work in aviation and the travel industry added management, operations, and customer experience to his communication foundation, including crisis communication training through international emergency response programs. That combination, communicating clearly under pressure, across audiences and cultures, carried into every industry he has worked in since.

FPROWEB developed from the intersection of traditional communication experience and the evolution of digital technology. As websites, blogs, social media, digital platforms, and AI transformed how people communicate, the need for professional content did not disappear. It became even more important.
